  • A. We carry thousands of industrial supply items, facility supplies, washroom supplies, soaps, janitorial & maintenance supplies, safety & shipping supplies, packaging, absorbents and much more. Call to set up a meeting with your local representative or to receive a copy of our free catalog.
  • Q. Do you rent shop towels?
  • A. No. We carry a full line of Disposable Cloth and Paper Wipers. You own them! Unlike the rental towel companies, we have no hidden fees. Our general purpose wipers are clean, safe, absorbent, and they cost a lot less than rental towels. We separate wipers into dozens of different grades, so you'll always get the right wiper for the job! Call for more information & samples.
  • Q. How do I set up an open account?
  • A. See the Customer Resources section of this site to download our Customer Profile Form and Credit Application. We can also ship C.O.D., and we accept all major credit cards.
  • Q. Do you have a minimum order?
  • A. We ask that orders meet a $50.00 minimum. A small order fee is accessed on orders under $50.00.
  • Q. How fast can you ship my order?
  • A. Most orders entered by 10 am will ship for next-day local delivery. Deliveries outside of New England take longer. Our huge inventory of stock items help us avoid backorders. In an emergency, we will work hard to rush your order - or you can arrange to pick up at our warehouse.
  • Q. How do I get a price quote on the items I need?
  • A. Use this site to select the items you are interested in and "Add to Quote Cart." Your price quote will be sent to the person you've designated to receive quotes within 24 hours. Our customer service team and your dedicated account representative are also available to help you identify appropriate items and can provide pricing upon request.
